Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Titus fish

  • Ground nut oil

  • Fish stock (can be gotten when you boil the fish)

  • Magii

Directions

  • Blend your pepper(rodo,sombo)/ (scotch bonnet pepper and red pepper)
  • Boil some fresh Titus fish with salt
  • Place your pan on the fire and heat your oil
  • Add the pepper to it
  • Add the fish stock to it
  • Take a piece of fish and carefully remove the bones,
  • Shred the fish to bits into the sauce on the fire
  • Add a cube of magii to taste(Taste your sauce before adding magii as the stock you added already has salt)
  • Enjoy with a dish of Yammarita or Yam balls
