Home-made Ice cream recipe

Ice cream

Dear readers

Today in our amateur’s kitchen i attempted making homemade ice cream and u should try making it too. Don’t worry it requires very simple ingredients that you can find at home. I followed the basic amateur steps I talked about in my very first post, I did a lot of research and settled on a simple ice cream recipe that requires just milk. You can make ice cream using buttermilk, heavy cream, whipped cream but all this are not really easy to get at home right but with milk and few things you can still make a simple vanilla ice cream at home

Ingredients:

The one thing I love about amateur cooking is that you really don’t need measurements for whatever you are trying out, you just have to guage it with ur eyes and whatever seems good for you works perfectly. Firstly you would need milk, vanilla extract or in my case strawberry flavor since that’s what I had at home, you can always improvise and don’t have to follow the recipe to the latter, sugar is also very important

Ice cream Steps

mix the milk and sugar in a bowl, making sure it’s well dissolved. Pour in a saucepan and boil for a while, I boiled mine for 15min, make sure u stir while boiling. After which you pour the mixture in an airtight container and let it cool. Add vanilla extract after 30min and place in a freezer for 12hours or till everything is frozen

Enjoy your treat you deserve it, don’t forget to leave a feedback thanks and have a great day.

Yummy
